Torno a escoltar aquest disc i em segueix oferint tantes coses noves com la primera vegada que el vaig escoltar. De fet, escoltat des de la distància cobra més vida i agafa més forma i força. Per mi aquest és un disc molt especial perquè d’alguna manera he viscut el procés. i no em refereixo al procés de grabació. Sino el procés de l’experiència. Aquest disc porta implícit el testimoni de les coses que en Mau va viure durant el final de l’any 2004 i principis del 2005. Quan en Mau va venir a acompanyar-me a l’aventura de viure a Estats Units, a ser la meva companyia i d’alguna manera la veu de la raó i la força. Un tresor. La música i la lletra cada vegada que l’escolto em fa pensar en el temps que vaig estar allí. Com si pogués entrar dins d’en Mau mateix. És extraordinari, tal i com ho veig i ho sento, que algú pugui realment agafar totes aquelles sensacions i tots aquells sentiments, posar-los tots en un quatre pistes i fer-ne una peça uniforme. Gràcies Mau.

I listen to this CDR again and it keeps offering so many things to me, like the first time i actually listened to it. Actually, listening to it thru the distance it feels more alive and it gains more power every single day. To me this songs are so special because somehow i lived thru its process. And i am not talking about the recording process. What i am talking about here is the process of the experience. This record brings with itself the testimony of many situations that Mau lived thru the end of year 2004 until the beggining of year 2005. That’s when he came to be the companion and my company during my adventure in the US. Suring that period of time somehow he became my strength and the voice of reason. A treasure. The music and the lyrics in this recording… every time i listen to them it makes me remember so many things i have forgotten about the time there. It feels like if i could just be inside Mau himself and become him. It’s just extraordinaire, just like how i see it and feel it, how someone can just grab all those sensations, feelings and thoughts put them in a four-track recorder and make a uniform piece out of it. Thanks Mau.
